These terms apply to FunnelFit's public website at www.myfunnelfit.com and the main application at app.myfunnelfit.com.
1. Scope
These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the FunnelFit website, platform, content, assessments, booking flows, and related services made available by FunnelFit.
By accessing the website or using FunnelFit services, you agree to these terms. If you use FunnelFit on behalf of a company or other organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.
2. Services
FunnelFit provides digital financial operations, workflow, reporting, advisory, assessment, and related business support services. Specific service scope, deliverables, fees, onboarding requirements, and timelines may also be governed by a separate proposal, statement of work, subscription, invoice, or customer agreement.
Where a separate signed commercial agreement applies, that agreement controls to the extent of any conflict with these website terms.
3. Accounts and access
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate information, keep it current, and notify FunnelFit promptly if you suspect unauthorized access or misuse.
We may suspend or restrict access where necessary for security, maintenance, legal compliance, non-payment, misuse, or breach of these terms.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use FunnelFit to break the law, infringe rights, upload malicious code, interfere with service performance, attempt unauthorized access, scrape restricted data, or misuse customer or platform information.
You may not reverse engineer, duplicate, resell, or exploit any part of the platform except where FunnelFit has expressly agreed otherwise in writing.
5. Customer data
You retain responsibility for the accuracy, legality, and integrity of information you submit to FunnelFit. You grant FunnelFit the rights reasonably necessary to host, process, analyze, and use that information for service delivery, support, security, compliance, and product improvement.
FunnelFit will handle personal information in line with its Privacy Policy and applicable contractual obligations.
6. Fees and payment
Paid services, if any, are subject to the commercial terms agreed between FunnelFit and the customer. Fees may be charged under subscription, project, milestone, or invoicing arrangements depending on the service.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, fees are due as stated on the applicable invoice or order document. Late payment may result in service suspension or delayed delivery.
7. Intellectual property
FunnelFit and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in the website, platform, software, workflows, documentation, branding, and underlying materials, except for customer data and any customer-owned materials provided to us.
No ownership rights are transferred to you except for the limited right to access and use the services in accordance with these terms and any applicable customer agreement.
8. Disclaimers and liability
FunnelFit provides the website and services on an as-available basis, subject to planned and unplanned interruptions, dependency failures, and operational constraints. To the fullest extent permitted by law, FunnelFit disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, FunnelFit will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of revenue, profits, goodwill, data, or business opportunity arising out of or connected with the use of the services.
9. Termination
You may stop using the website or services at any time. FunnelFit may suspend or terminate access where required for security, legal, contractual, or operational reasons, including breach of these terms.
Termination does not remove obligations that by their nature should survive, including payment obligations, confidentiality, intellectual property protections, liability limits, and dispute-related provisions.
10. Changes and contact
FunnelFit may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The latest version posted on this page will apply from its effective date unless a separate customer agreement states otherwise.
